「新式外來人口統一證號(New UI No.)」變更事宜公告
Announcement for the change of New Unified Identification Number (New UI No.) for Foreign Nationals
一、內政部已於民國110年1 月 2 日起推動外來人口換發「新式統一證號」政策，更多外來人口統一證號訊息，請至內政部移民署全球資訊網查詢相關資訊，亦可撥打「內政服務熱線(1996)」或「外來人士在臺生活諮詢服務熱線(0800-024-111)」洽詢。
The Ministry of the Interior has promoted the policy of changing the “New UI No.” for foreign nationals since January 2, 2021. 二、 客戶資料變更說明：

若您已換發「新式統一證號」，請填寫「受益人基本資料暨印鑑異動申請書(自然人)」，簽蓋原留印鑑，檢附護照影本及含新式統一證號之居留證影本，郵寄至本公司或臨櫃辦理變更帳戶資料。
If the original UI No. has been replaced with the New UI No., please fill out the “Change of Beneficiary Basic Information Application Form (Individual)” and provide the original signatory or specimen. Photocopies of the passport and the resident certificate with the New UI No. (both front and backside) stated shall be provided as well. All documents shall be either be mailed to Fuh Hwa Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd., 8F., No. 308, Section 2, Bade Road, Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City 10492, Taiwan, R.O.C. or delivered in-person to Fuh Hwa’s reception counter.

提醒您於本公司變更後之新式統一證號，需與銀行扣(匯)款帳戶之統一證號相符，以免基金買回或配息款遭銀行退匯。
